All the manuscripts submitted for publication will be initially scrutinized by the regular and adjunct faculty members of the Federal Judicial Academy. Online plagiarism tests will also be conducted. The similarity index should not exceed 15% of the manuscript. If any writing exceeds 15 % on the similarity index, but, in the view of the Editor, worthy of publication, it may be returned to the author to address the issues and resubmit. A manuscript will also go through double blind peer review whereby the reviewer and author will not know each other. The author may be asked to address the reviewer’s comments. Subject to relevancy, an article, paper or essay which could not be published in any of the issue of Federal Law Journal, may be considered for the next issue of the journal by the Editor. Each author or contributor will be required to submit an originality certificate along with undertaking that the writing submitted has neither been published nor submitted for publishing to any other journal. Deadline for submissions for each issue will be intimated well in time.
